Durante mi tesis desarrollé experiencia en tejido óseo y enfermedades metabólicas como la Diabetes Mellitus. Mi trabajo se centró en cultivo celular con líneas RAW 264.7 y células progenitoras de médula ósea, aplicando técnicas colorimétricas y de biología molecular como extracción de ARNm, RT-PCR y electroforesis. Durante mi tesis desarrollé experiencia en tejido óseo y enfermedades metabólicas como la Diabetes Mellitus. Mi trabajo se centró en cultivo celular con líneas RAW 264.7 y células progenitoras de médula ósea, aplicando técnicas colorimétricas y de biología molecular como extracción de ARNm, RT-PCR y electroforesis. Asimismo, llevé a cabo una estadía en la Universidad de Florida, destacándose mi adaptación y trabajo en equipo en un entorno internacional. En mi primer postdoctorado, realicé ensayos sobre obtención de biomateriales con aplicación en Ingeniería de tejido óseo. Desarrollé mi segundo postdoctorado en Neurofisiología, con tareas de cultivo celular en línea HEK293 y cultivo primario de neuronas, histología de intestino delgado e inmunohistoquímica. Actualmente, en mi tercer beca postdoctoral, nuevamente sintetizo scaffolds para ser cargados con fármacos con potencial en ingeniería de tejido óseo.
