Durante mi Tesis, desarrollé mi experticia en tejido óseo y enfermedades metabólicas como Diabetes Mellitus. Mi accionar ha sido enfocado en cultivo celular trabajando con líneas como RAW 264.7, y células progenitoras de médula ósea; implementando técnicas colorimétricas y de biología molecular como extracción de ARNm, RT-PCR, y electroforesis. Además, desarrollé experiencia en el área de histología sobre tejido óseo. Para su análisis, utilicé microscopía óptica y/o fluorescente acompañado del software adecuado (ImageJ y Osteomeasure). También efectué pruebas biomecánicas en huesos largos. Por último, realicé una estadía en la Universidad de Florida teniendo relevancia mi adaptación y trabajo en equipo con personal de un laboratorio extranjero. En mi primer postdoctorado, realicé estudios sobre obtención de biomateriales con aplicación en Ingeniería de tejido óseo. Actualmente, desarrollo mi segundo postdoctorado en el área de Neurofisiología. Continúo con tareas de cultivo celular en línea HEK293 y cultivo primario de neuronas, histología de intestino delgado e inmunohistoquímica. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
