Manejo de metodologías de bioquímica, biología molecular y celular enfocadas al estudio de la regulación de la expresión genética en células de mamífero. Entre ellas pueden mencionarse ensayos de western blot para proteínas, geles de agarosa para ácidos nucleicos, PCR (punto final y tiempo real o cuantitativa), cultivo de células de mamífero, transfección de células en cultivo, clonados, cromatografía de afinidad con níquel para purificación de proteínas fusionadas a epítope de histidinas, co-inmunoprecipitaciones, microscopía confocal, inmunofluorescencias. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
