Técnicas: Expresión y purificación de proteínas recombinantes, Obtención de anticuerpos monoclonales, ELISA, LFIA*Estudios de los mecanismos de infección del patógeno Brucella abortus. Específicamente, identificación y caracterización de factores de virulencia necesarios para la supervivencia y replicación intracelular de la bacteria.
