Experiencia en diseño y producción de bioensayos en cámaras de germinación, crecimiento e invernadero. Experiencia en cultivo vegetal: hidropónico, suelo, sustratos varios, placa Petri (pepino, trigo, maíz, tomate, rúcula, Arabidopsis). Experiencia en laboratorio de análisis elemental y espectroscopia: Uso de digestor microondas y analizador elemental LECO (extracción y cuantificación de nutrientes minerales), cromatografía iónica (cuantificación de nitratos, sulfatos), UV-visible (cuantificación de fitosideróforos, prolina, nitratos), FT-IR (estructura de ácidos húmicos), lector placa ELISA (contenido de proteínas, actividad ATPasa). Experiencia en técnicas de análisis químico y bioquímico: fitohormonas (auxinas, ABA, citoquininas, etileno, poliaminas, óxido nítrico), proteínas, fitosideróforos, prolina, nitratos, sulfatos, extracción y purificación de ácidos húmicos. Experiencia técnicas de biología molecular (extracción de RNA, PCR convencional). Experiencia en microbiología interacción planta-microorganismo.
