A lo largo de mi carrera como investigadora he estudiado la respuesta de defensa vegetal durante interacciones con diferentes tipos de microorganismos, tales como simbiontes, endofitos bacterianos y patógenos, tanto fúngicos como bacterianos. Mis antecedentes demuestran la utilización de técnicas bioquímicas (determinaciones enzimáticas, HPLC, GC-MS, etc), como de biología molecular (PCR, RT-PCR, Northern, Westhern, transformación de bacterias y plantas, etc). En la actualidad mi linea de investigación es estudiar la relación entre las poliaminas y la pared celular vegetal durante la interacción de plantas y microorganismos, tanto en plantas como en frutos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
