Mi experticia se basa en el estudio de la regulación de los transportadores ABC hepáticos e intestinales por fármacos, tóxicos y compuestos dietarios. En la actualidad domino técnicas de cuantificación de expresión proteica por western blot, cuantificación de la expresión génica y de micro RNA por PCR cuantitativa en tiempo real, cultivo primario de hepatocitos en configuración sandwich, cultivo de líneas celulares (HepG2, HuH7, Caco-2), medición de actividad de transportadores ABC por microscopía de fluorescencia, HPLC y citometría de flujo, transfección de células con plásmidos y knock down de genes por ARN de interferencia. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
