Me especializo en paleobotánica, investigando los registros paleoxilológicos del Meso-Cenozoico de Argentina desde enfoques anatómicos, sistemáticos, paleoclimáticos, paleoecológicos y evolutivos. Mi objetivo es ampliar el conocimiento sobre la evolución de las paleofloras sudamericanas y su relación con los cambios ambientales y geológicos a lo largo del tiempo. Además, desarrollo estudios antracológicos en sitios arqueológicos de Entre Ríos y Santa Fe, en colaboración con equipos interdisciplinarios que trabajan en el Delta Superior del río Paraná, el río Gualeguay y el Fuerte Sancti Spiritus en Puerto Gaboto. Esta labor ha contribuido a la reconstrucción de paisajes y dinámicas ambientales del pasado, a partir de la integración de metodologías paleobotánicas y arqueológicas para comprender la interacción entre comunidades humanas y su entorno vegetal. Asimismo, contribuyo a la elaboración y descripción de material de referencia de maderas actuales y carbonizadas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
