A su vez me especialicé en la síntesis de bibliotecas combinantorias peptídicas para simplificar el hallazgo de dichos péptidos. Mi área de conocimiento son las técnicas de extracción y purificación de proteínas nativas o recombinantes en organismo que pueden o no estar modificados genéticamente a través del uso de cromatografías de afinidad, principalmente con péptidos inmovilizados como ligandos. A su vez me especialicé en la síntesis de bibliotecas combinantorias peptídicas para simplificar el hallazgo de dichos péptidos. Actualmente estoy utilizando como soporte físico para realizar las cromatografías chips de microfluídica. A su vez, el uso de técnicas analíticas tales como HPLC, MALDI-MS, HPLC-ESI, RMN, IR, SPR, etc. que se usan para cuantificar o caracterizar el desempeño de los ligandos peptídicos analizados.
