Como Doctor en Letras, y Licenciado en Letras Modernas y Licenciado en Letras Clásicas, mi campo profesional se vincula con la literatura y la lengua, específicamente la Lengua y Literatura Latinas. Por mi formación, mi interés se centra en el estudio filológico de los textos clásicos, entendiendo el término filología en un sentido amplio de interpretación global de un texto. Con esto, ingresan dentro del estudio filológico disciplinas como la historia, la lingüística, la teoría literaria y la crítica textual. Asimismo, en el último tiempo he realizado trabajos de investigación sobre la tradición clásica en la obra de Jorge Luis Borges, específicamente su relación con Petronio. Finalmente, a partir de mi formación como Licenciado en Letras Modernas, he dictado cursos sobre la poética del cuento, desde los insertos en las novelas antiguas hasta las poéticas realistas de la literatura norteamericana del siglo XX. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
