Se ha demostrado amplia formación en el estudio de la fisiología de herbicidas, los efectos fitotóxicos provocados por principios activos de diferentes modos de acción que conducen a la muerte de la planta. Asimismo, los mecanismos involucrados en la tolerancia ó resistencia a herbicidas tanto en malezas como en cultivos. Corrientemente, se aplican análisis bioquímicos y/ó moleculares en ensayos en condiciones controladas como también a campo.
