Mis intereses se enfocan en el estudio de la variación morfológica y molecular a escala geográfica de plantas nativas de Argentina, incluyendo también aspectos relacionados con la sistemática, la taxonomía y la nomenclatura. Mi experiencia particular se centra en análisis taxonómicos, filogenéticos, filogeográficos, morfométricos multivariados y de modelado de la distribución de las especies de plantas vasculares de la Patagonia y los Andes. Estos conocimientos básicos generados pueden aplicarse fundamentalmente en propuestas para la conservación de la biodiversidad en nuestro país y en la detección de plantas útiles, invasoras, endémicas, fósiles, etc. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
