Durante mis experiencias como becaria en actividades de I+D (Actividad de Formación Extracurricular, Cientibeca-UNL y Tesina de grado), adquirí experticia en preparación de sistemas y simulaciones de Dinámica Molecular, análisis bioinformático de datos, estudio estructural de proteínas glicosiladas e interacciones proteína-glicano, y evaluación de estabilidad in silico. Estos trabajos los realicé en el Área de Modelado Molecular (FBCB-UNL). Paralelamente trabajé en el Laboratorio de Cultivos Ce... Durante mis experiencias como becaria en actividades de I+D (Actividad de Formación Extracurricular, Cientibeca-UNL y Tesina de grado), adquirí experticia en preparación de sistemas y simulaciones de Dinámica Molecular, análisis bioinformático de datos, estudio estructural de proteínas glicosiladas e interacciones proteína-glicano, y evaluación de estabilidad in silico. Estos trabajos los realicé en el Área de Modelado Molecular (FBCB-UNL). Paralelamente trabajé en el Laboratorio de Cultivos Celulares (FBCB-UNL), donde formé parte de un equipo interdisciplinario, integrando la investigación teórica in silico con bioensayos in vitro. Mi participación en el equipo de trabajo se enfocó en estudios estabilidad acelerada de proteínas de uso terapéutico. Allí trabajé con cultivos celulares, técnicas de clonado, citometría de flujo y ELISA; también realicé ensayos de estabilidad biológica en condiciones de pH extremo y alta temperatura.
