Actualmente desarrollo mi trabajo en el campo de la microbiología enológica y herramientas biotecnológicas con aplicación en la misma, específicamente en el biocontrol de organismos indeseables en uva para vinificar con impacto en el vino mediante el uso de levaduras nativas. Durante mi formación durante becaria de grado y doctoral en investigación adquirí experiencia en el manejo de técnicas de Biología molecular, cultivo de células, micología, microbiología enológica y micotoxicología, entre ...
