Durante el desarrollo de mi tesina de grado en el CEQUINOR y de mi pasantía en el IBYME, las cuales se basan en la investigación de los mecanismos moleculares del cáncer de mama he utilizado y adquirido conocimientos en diferentes técnicas: 1-Cultivo de líneas celulares tumorales de mama murinas y humanas in vitro. 2-Ensayos en sistemas de células en cultivo: viabilidad celular, proliferación celular, migración celular, estrés oxidativo, apoptosis celular, transfección con RNA y plásmidos. 3-Cultivo de esferoides tumorales multicelulares (MTS). 4-Ensayos en sistemas celulares tridimensionales: viabilidad celular, migración celular, invasión celular. 5-Ensayo in vivo: inoculación de células tumorales de mama humanas en ratones nude y posterior transfección con siRNA. 6-Extracción y análisis de muestras: RNA (RT-PCR, LR-PCR, PCR, qPCR) y proteínas (Western Blot). 7-Tinción y observación de muestras de tejido y celulares: inmunohistoquímica, inmunofluorescencia. 8-Conocimiento intermedio en programas: Microsoft Office, Image J, Graph Pad, Flow Jo, Chem Draw, Photoshop, Ilustrator. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
