Durante mi trayectoria profesional, he desarrollado experiencia en citogenética clásica y molecular, así como en diversas técnicas de genética molecular aplicadas al estudio de genomas vegetales. Integro la manipulación y análisis de secuencias de ácidos nucleicos (amplificación, clonación, construcción de sondas, hibridaciones) con herramientas bioinformáticas para caracterizar la organización estructural y funcional de los genomas. Aplico estos enfoques en el análisis citogenético de la organización cromosómica, con especial énfasis en la distribución de secuencias repetidas y otros componentes genómicos específicos. Además, utilizo estas herramientas en estudios filogenéticos y evolutivos para comprender procesos de diversificación, hibridación y poliploidización en plantas.
