Durante mi trayectoria profesional, he desarrollado habilidades en citogenética clásica y molecular, así como en diversas técnicas de genética molecular. Estas incluyen la manipulación y análisis de secuencias de ácidos nucleicos, como amplificación, clonación, construcción de sondas e hibridaciones, y análisis bioinformáticos. He aplicado estas técnicas en el análisis citogenético de la organización de los genomas vegetales, centrándome en la representación de componentes específicos, como secuencias repetidas, en los cromosomas. Además, he empleado estas herramientas en estudios filogenéticos para comprender mejor las relaciones evolutivas entre diferentes especies. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
