Aplicación de estrategias nano/microtecnológicas para superar desventajas biofarmacéuticas de fármacos utilizados principalmente para el tratamiento de enfermedades desatendidas. Mejoramiento de los parámetros farmacocinéticos y la biodisponibilidad oral de los fármacos mediante la producción de nano/micropartículas. Los polímeros utilizados para la obtención de las mismas son biocompatibles y las técnicas de encapsulación son convencionales (nanoprecipitación, emulsión/evaporación del solvente) y más sofisticadas (spray-drying). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
