Mi expertise profesional está basada en la biología molecular de plantas, con una formación adicional en genómica vegetal. Mayormente el modelo utilizado es Arabidopsis thaliana, aunque recientemente las técnicas y aproximaciones fueron extendidas a otras especies de Brassicaceae. Las técnicas que domino: Técnicas avanzadas de biología molecular (técnicas de ingeniería genética, plantas transgénicas, mapeos de intermediarios de ARN, etc), técnicas bioquímicas básicas (extracción de proteinas, interacción proteína-proteían, western blots, etc), técnicas genómicas (RNAseq, ChIPseq), y análsis bioinformáticos aplicados a la genómica. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
