Fisiología y comportamiento animal. Endocrinología: esteroides sexuales y adrenales. Evaluación del estado endocrino reproductivo, monitoreo y diagnóstico de preñez, evaluación de la respuesta de estrés (adrenocortical) a factores bióticos y abióticos. Validación de determinaciones hormonales en orina, en heces, saliva, huevos y plumas (mamíferos y aves). Esto implica la jerarquización de las vías de excreción, caracterización e identificación de metabolitos hormonales, selección de inmunoensayos y pruebas farmacológicos-biológicas.
