En nuestro laboratorio investigamos el mecanismo de acción de péptidos y compuestos orgánicos con actividad antiproliferativa. Hemos adquirido experiencia en la purificación y caracterización de péptidos y proteínas, en el estudio de la transducción de señales, de los mecanismos que conducen a la muerte celular y a la acción anti-metastásica, así como también en la evaluación del efecto antitumoral in vivo de diversos compuestos utilizando modelos tumorales murinos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
