Investigo el carácter performativo de la imaginación y el despliegue dinámico de los afectos en la filosofía de Rousseau, atendiendo principalmente a sus aspectos éticos, estéticos y políticos. Asimismo, me interesa evaluar la operatividad de estas dinámicas en la discusión contemporánea sobre la instauración y conservación de las instituciones políticas, y en los análisis sobre las motivaciones altruistas de la ciudadanía.
