Investigador, tecnólogo y gestor con experiencia en desarrollo e integración de tecnologías para la cadena de valor del hidrógeno verde y los combustibles sintéticos. Lidera un grupo en la UNViMe centrado en microrredes híbridas, electrólisis, gasificación de biomasa, producción de syngas y conversión de CO2 e H2 verde en e-fuels. Fue Secretario de Ciencia y Tecnología de la UNViMe, donde impulsó políticas de fortalecimiento institucional y creó la Unidad de Vinculación Tecnológica, consolidando vínculos con sectores productivos y gobiernos.
