Ignacio Mastroleo trabaja en ética de la investigación en salud humana y teorías de la justicia. Tiene un doctorado en filosofía por la UBA. Es investigador adjunto de CONICET. Y es director asociado del Programa de Bioética de FLACSO Argentina que dirige de la Dr. Florencia Luna. Fue miembro del comité de ética de la investigación en el Instituto de Oncología "Ángel H. Roffo" de la UBA (junio 2012-mayo 2015). En septiembre de 2014, recibió el Premio Manuel Velasco Suárez a la Excelencia en Bioética, por la Organización Panamericana de la Salud (OPS) y la PAHO Foundation. Desde marzo de 2020 es miembro del Grupo de Ética y COVID19 de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), actualmente Grupo de Etica y Gobernanza de COVID19. Desde junio de 2022 dirige la sección de Filosofía de la Inteligencia Artificial del Collaborative Research InstituteIntelligent Oncology (CRIION), asociado a la Universidad de Freiburg. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
