Investigador Principal. Trabajo desde 1983 en proyectos de investigación científica aplicada en temas territoriales, sociales y ambientales. Desde 1992 en metodología de la investigación y desde 1999 en Investigación-Acción-Participativa. Docente de grado desde 1983 y de posgrado desde 1988. Desarrollo y aplico tres métodos: Portulano, Stlocus y Territorii. Desde 2007 participo de International Network of Territorial Intelligence como representante de América Latina. Desde 2009 coordino la Red Científica Latinoamericana Territorios Posibles, Praxis y Transformación. Actualmente profundizo en los métodos citados, en Teorías de la Transformación, Geografías del Amor, el Poder y las Miserias, en Agendas Científicas Participativas, Mesas de Trabajo Permanentes y Gestión Integral del Territorio. Desde 2016 coordino dos ACP y MTP (UNLP-CONICET): Puente de Fierro Territorio Posible, y Territorio, Industria y Ambiente. Desde 2020 dirijo un PA-MINCYT COVID-19. Desde 2020 impulsamos Territorios Posibles por Utopías Reales, manifiesto y propuesta de IAP concreta latinoamericana para el mundo *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
