Durante mi temprana carrera académica me he especializado en el análisis de la tecnología lítica en sociedades cazadoras -recolectoras de la Región Pampeana durante la transición Pleistoceno/Holoceno. Estos análisis los he complementado a atreves de distintas metodos y tecnicas del campo de la arqueometría, como los estudios funcionales de base microscópica, la espectroscopia RAMAN y los análisis químicos de fluorescencia de rayos x.
