Hace 6 años que trabajo con la técnica de whole cell patch clamp en células ciliadas internas, en los modos voltage y current clamp, la cuál tiene aplicación en todo el campo de la fisiología, en particular es muy utilizada en neurociencias. Tengo experiencia en el manejo de ratones de laboratorio y en su genotipificación mediante PCR.
