Doctor, Profesor en Ciencias Biológicas y Biólogo por la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, se desempeña actualmente como Profesor Titular de las cátedras de Didáctica General y Didáctica Especial del Departamento de Enseñanza de la Ciencia y la Tecnología de la Facultad de Ciencias Exactas, Físicas y Naturales (Universidad Nacional de Córdoba). Es investigador adjunto de CONICET. Su campo de trabajo se enmarca en el área de la didáctica de las ciencias, la educación en biología (biodiversidad) y el discurso educativo. En los últimos años ha desarrollado investigaciones de diseño en el cual se abordan y analizan prácticas científicas en aulas, salidas de campo y huertos escolares en la educación secundaria y en la formación de profesores. También realiza investigaciones en torno a las prácticas discursivas docentes asociadas a las estrategias. Por último, dirige tesis sobre el conocimiento didáctico del contenido, conocimiento profesional del profesor de ciencias, estrategias de enseñanza y aprendizaje en contextos no formales y análisis crítico del discurso en la formación docente. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
