Desarrollo de sistemas poliméricos con aplicaciones en diversas áreas como la industria, la salud, el medioambiente y la farmacéutica. Síntesis de polímeros poliuretánicos, blendas e híbridos poliuretano/acrílico pH y termo-responsivos por medio de polimerización en dispersión-emulsión. Síntesis de microcápsulas y microfibras para almacenamiento, transporte y liberación de aceites esenciales por medio de polimerización interfacial y electrpulverización. Desarrollo de films pH y termo-responsivos como sistemas de drug delivery y captadores de metales pesados.Caracterización de los sistemas desarrollados por técnicas espectroscópicas (UV-visible, IR, RMN, Absorción Atómica), térmicas (DSC, MDSC, TGA), cromatográficas (GC, SEC, HPLC), mecánicas, microscópicas (SEM, TEM, óptica) y viscosimétricas.Realización de ensayos de incorporación y liberación de principios activos y metales pesados, análisis y modelado. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
