Mi experiencia se especializa en la investigación de productos naturales de origen vegetal y apícola con potencial medicinal y alimenticio, tales como el diseño de bebidas funcionales y otros ingredientes de interés en la industria alimenticia, temática en la que trabajé y puse a punto durante mi trabajo de tesis doctoral. Además, he llevado a cabo evaluaciones de actividades biológicas in vitro, tales como actividad antioxidante, antiinflamatoria, antimicrobiana, quimiopreventiva del cáncer y antitumoral como así también estudios de toxicidad para garantizar la seguridad de dichos productos. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
