Mi especialización es en el tema de biorremediación de metales pesados, especialmente cromo, utilizando levaduras resistentes aisladas de sitios contaminados y de sitios con poca influencia antropogénica (selvas pedemontanas y Antártida Argentina). Mi experiencia incluye, ensayos relacionados al aislamiento, selección e identificación molecular, bioquímica y morfológica de organismos eucariotas inferiores.
