Soy licenciado en física y actualmente terminando un doctorado sobre modelado matemático-computacional del crecimiento y diferenciación de células madre embriónicas pluripotentes de ratón. Durante el mismo, aprendí técnicas de mesada como purificación de ARN y ADN, análisis por PCR y RT-qPCR, así como la electroforesis aplicada a Western, el diseño de plásmidos y su purificación por maxipreps, inmunofluorescencia y segmentación y cuantificación de imágenes. Por otro lado, tengo experiencia en la programación en Python y R en general y en particular aplicada a diseñar e integrar modelos de sistemas de ecuaciones diferenciales y redes complejas que representen mecanismos biológicos moleculares. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
