Durante la concurrencia y la realización de la tesis de licenciatura en el IMEX/CONICET-ANM trabajé en temas relacionados con la respuesta inmune, especialmente respuesta inmune innata. En este sentido trabajé con líneas celulares endoteliales (HMEC-1, HUVEC) y su relación con los neutrófilos, en presencia de distintos factores como LPS, bacterias. Por otro lado trabajé principalmente con neutrófilos y la modulación de su respuesta con Klebsiella pneumoniae, evaluando los mecanismos bactericidas del neutrófilo. Realicé inmunomarcaciones, utilizando la citometría de flujo y la microscopía confocal. Al mismo tiempo aprendí el correcto trabajo con bacterias. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
