El laboratorio en el que desarrollo mis tareas de investigación estudia los mecanismos de regulación de la respuesta inflamatoria en condiciones fisiológicas y patológicas, el metabolismo de células trofoblásticas e inmunes, y el transporte de nutrientes a través de la placenta. Utilizamos cultivos de líneas celulares humanas, muestras de pacientes, y modelos experimentales en ratones. Empleamos técnicas de citometría de flujo, RTqPCR, western blot, microscopia de fluorescencia, ELISA, entre otras. A su vez, me encuentro desarrollando diseño, ejecución y análisis metabolómico por cromatografía líquida de ultra alto rendimiento acoplada a espectrometría de masas de alta resolución utilizando un espectrómetro con analizador de cuadrupolo tiempo de vuelo (UHPLC-QTOF-MS). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
