Me he formado académicamente como Licenciado en Biotecnología (UNT) y doctorado en Ciencias Biológicas (CERELA-CONICET). Manifiesto cierta experiencia en microbiología en particular en el trabajo con lactobacilos y sus metabolitos con especial énfasis en las aplicaciones tecnológicas y en salud. He adquirido destreza en el aislamiento y purificación de metabolitos microbianos de naturaleza proteica. Actualmente me desempeño como investigador asistente en INSIBIO (CONICET-UNT) con el objetivo de diseñar un nanobiocatalizador sólido de importancia tecnológica. Con este fin llevo a cabo la producción y caracterización de nanofibras biológicas a partir de subproductos industriales como soporte aplicados en la inmovilización de enzimas. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
