Me desempeño en el área de la Biología Molecular y de la Biotecnología de la Reproducción Animal desde hace más de 10 años. Mi línea de investigación actual se centra en el estudio de moléculas de interés biotecnológico que participan en la comunicación materno-embrionaria y en la regulación epigenética durante el desarroll... Dra. en Ciencias Biológicas, Lic. en Biotecnología y actualmente Investigadora Adjunta de CONICET y Profesora Adjunta de la cátedra de Genética y Mejoramiento (FCAV-UCASAL). Me desempeño en el área de la Biología Molecular y de la Biotecnología de la Reproducción Animal desde hace más de 10 años. Mi línea de investigación actual se centra en el estudio de moléculas de interés biotecnológico que participan en la comunicación materno-embrionaria y en la regulación epigenética durante el desarrollo embrionario preimplantacional en la especie bovina. Tengo experiencia en técnicas de producción in vitro de embriones y manipulación de gametas, en cultivo celular de células oviductales y de co-cultivo con embriones y ovocitos, en técnicas moleculares (extracción ARN, ADN, plásmidos, proteínas, RT-PCR, qPCR, electroforesis, clonado y expresión, western blot,..), técnicas histológicas, immunohistoquímica, inmunofluorescencia y microscopía, etc.
