Graduado en Ingeniero Forestal (UNaM) y Doctor en Ingeniería (UNS). Es Profesor Adjunto en la FCF UNaM e Investigador Asistente del CONICET (Actualmente en licencia por mayor jerarquía). Como docente, es Profesor responsable en Ordenación Forestal y Tesis de Grado; también colabora en Explotación Forestal, Protección Vegetal y en espacios curriculares de gestión. Como investigador, ha aplicado técnicas de investigación operativa (optimización matemática) en la planificación forestal de bosques cultivados y en la industria forestal, con un enfoque particular en el sector de aserraderos, desarrollado herramientas para programación de la producción. En cuanto a la formación de recursos humanos, se dedica a supervisar y guiar trabajos finales de graduación tanto a nivel de grado como de posgrado (maestría y doctorado). Actualmente, es Vicedecano de la FCF UNaM y está involucrado en un proyecto de investigación y desarrollo relacionado con la Gestión Integrada del Fuego. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
