-Fisiología de microorganismos, bioquímica y biología molecular de proteínas. Experiencia en clonado y modificación de genes, estudio de promotores, obtención de organismos genéticamente modificados, purificación de proteínas (cromatografía de afinidad, intercambio iónico y filtración en gel), generación de anticuerpos, enzimología, HPLC, espectrometría de masa, geles nativos.-Biología estructural de proteínas. Herramientas biofísicas y espectroscópicas: Resonancia Magnética Nuclear (RMN), Cristalografía de rayos X, Dispersión de rayos X de bajo ángulo (SAXS, Small Angle X-Ray Scattering), calorimetría, cromatografía de exclusión molecular analítica, Dispersión dinámica de luz (DLS, Dynamic Light Scattering), Dicroísmo circular (CD), Anisotropía de fluorescencia, MicroScale Thermophoresis (MST), thermal shift por Differential Scanning Fluorimetry (DSF).-Biología celular: manejo de líneas celulares y de parásitos (T. gondii). *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
