Actualmente becaria doctoral en el Laboratorio de Fisiopatología Ovárica (IMBECU). En nuestro laboratorio se investigan los efectos a nivel ovárico del estrés térmico en bovinos y los mecanismos que afectan a la reserva ovárica. En particular los mecanismos que se ven afectados por las variaciones cíclicas de los neuroesteroides como la foliculogénesis, la luteólisis, la ovulación y la atresia folicular.Las investigaciones en las que participé anteriormente tienen como objetivo caracterizar el microbioma del rumen de cabras Criollas y el aislamiento y evaluación de la capacidad probiótica de Pseudobutyrivibrio xylanivorans como posible herramienta de manipulación en la fermentación ruminal.
