Trabajo desde 2018 en el INQUIBICEN en bioinformática realizando análisis filogenético de proteínas y transcriptomica. Tengo conocimientos de programación en python3, R, bash y C++, en minería de datos, construcción de MSAs, análisis filogenético por métodos probabilísticos, microarrays, bulk RNAseq, scRNAseq, biologia en sistemas y machine-learning.
