A lo largo de mi formación profesional me he capacitado en el área de la inmunología anti-tumoral. En este sentido he desarrollado protocolos de inmunización utilizando células transfectadas con moléculas relevantes para la presentación antigénica (CMH, coestimuladoras del RcT: CD40L, RANKL,CD80 entre otras). He estudiado la respuesta inmune humoral y celular inducida. Posteriormente, he estudiado la interrelación de las vesículas extracelulares (exosomas) liberadas por las células tumorales, el microambiente tumoral y las células inmunocompetentes. Actualmente estamos investigando la participación de las vesículas extracelulares derivadas de células dendríticas en inmunomodulación anti-viral. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
