Soy Bioquímica con experiencia en el área Hematología. me encuentro realizando la tesis para optar por el título de especialista en Hematología. En el área asistencial trabajé en laboratorio clínico, y en el área de la investigación trabajé en hematología con experiencia en cultivos celulares empleando Plasmodium sp. Actualmente me encuentro investigando el efecto del cannabidiol (CBD), sobre la funcionalidad de neutrófilos polimorfos nucleares (PMN) y glóbulos rojos, realizando distintos t... En el área asistencial trabajé en laboratorio clínico, y en el área de la investigación trabajé en hematología con experiencia en cultivos celulares empleando Plasmodium sp. Actualmente me encuentro investigando el efecto del cannabidiol (CBD), sobre la funcionalidad de neutrófilos polimorfos nucleares (PMN) y glóbulos rojos, realizando distintos tratamientos con CBD, especializándome en pruebas de fagocitosis, quimiotaxis y sobrevida. Paralelamente estudio las anomalías de los glóbulos rojos producidas por los tratamientos con CBD, determinando las caracarteristicas morfológicas típicas de cada anomalía. Para esto he empleado diferentes técnicas de laboratorio utilizadas en la hematología aplicada. Estos resultados son el puntapié inicial para establecer los parámetros a analizar para hacerlos extensivos a patologías donde subyace un proceso inflamatorio.
