Microbiología molecular particularmente la epidemiología molecular y microbiología clínica. Durante mi vida profesional, primero adquirí capacitación en diagnóstico y control de infecciones (especialización en Bacteriología clínica) y Luego durante mi tesis y carrera de investigación me capacité y manejé metodologías moleculares en relación a la microbiología molecular particularmente la epidemiología molecular, desde PCR común, AP-PCR, multiplex-PCR, AFLP, Real Time PCR, PFGE, análisis de secuencias genómicas utilizadas en MLST y spa typing. Mi formación clínica y en investigación aplicada me permitió diseñar y dirigir proyectos de investigación con aplicación clínica en el control molecular de la diseminación de patógenos bacterianos como MRSA) y también la vigilancia de la la resistencia a antibióticos. Por el otro lado mi capacitación en biología celular (cultivos de células eucariotas, microscopía con focal y electrónica) y molecular la utilizo para el análisis de las estrategias patogénicas diferenciales entre los clones epidémicos y esporádicos de MRSA. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
