Realicé mi primer pasantía en el laboratorio del Dr. Reyestoso donde tuve mi primer encuentro con animales de laboratorio (ratas Wistar) y aprendí a manipularlos. Durante mi breve estadía en el Laboratorio de Parkinson Experimental (ININFA- CONICET) me familiaricé con el manejo de cultivos celulares y el trabajo en esterilidad. Allí realizamos análisis de rodajas de cerebro en animales lesionados a través de técnicas de inmunohistoquímicas junto con el análisis de imágenes por microscopía. Actualmente me encuentro trabajando en el laboratorio de neurotoxinas y neuroplasticidad en el IBCN, Facultad de medicina - UBA, en el marco de mi tesina de licenciatura, caracterizando memoria de largo término en ratas transgénicas modelo de la enfermedad de Alzheimer diferenciando por sexo y edad. Para ello realizó ensayos comportamentales como Open Field, Object Recognition, Object Location y Inhibitory avoidance (step through). A su vez realizamos ensayos bioquímicos como Inmunofluorescencias, inmunohistoquímica ,Western Blots, extracción de RNA y PCR. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
