La disciplina en que desarrollo mi actividad profesional es la Ecofisiología Vegetal. Mis intereses se centran en comprender el funcionamiento de las plantas en respuesta al ambiente, dentro del marco de problemáticas ecológicas y agrícolas. Mis competencias incluyen el estudio de plantas nativas y cultivos en los niveles ambiental, fisiológico, anatómico, bioquímico y molecular, el desarrollo de experimentos en ecosistemas naturales, en agroecosistemas y en condiciones de vivero, la gestión y dirección de subsidios de investigación, la formación de recursos humanos a nivel de grado y postgrado, y la gestión Institucional. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
