Con amplia experiencia en Paleontología de Vertebrados, especialmente Xenarthra Cingulata del Neógeno, habiendo realizado numerosos estudios sistemáticos, filogenéticos y paleobiológicos centrados en taxones fósiles de Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia y Ecuador.
