Experiencia en Modelación Hidraulica Hibrida o Mixta, (tanto física en Laboratorio y Campo, como numérica 1D, 2D, Q3D, 3D con CFD en HPC). Experiencia en experimentación hidráulica de Gran Escala en campo y laboratorio. Ha trabajado e investigado en Hidrología de Superficie, Hidráulica Fluvial, Hidráulica Marítima, Hidráulica Ambiental, Turbulencia en flujos geofísicos e Hidrometeorología. Diseño, Desarrollo e Integracion de redes de monitoreo, Radares Meteorologicos y Sensores Remotos. Ha dirigido tesis de postgrado, proyectos de I+D+i y Programas en dichas areas, nacionales e internacionales.Ha creado y dirigido: un Instituto Superior (ISRH) en 2004 la UNC, un Laboratorio (LHM) en 2020 en la FCEFYN de la UNC y un Observatorio (OHMC) en 2017 en el MSP de la Pcia de Córdoba.
