Summary Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
I am physicist and an electronic engineer researching in theory and simulations. My PhD research (Dr. 2009, Instituto Balseiro) focused on the effect of spin-orbit coupling on 2-dimensional electron gases and Josephson junctions. From 2009 to 2011 I joined the Niels Bohr International Academy as a postdoctoral fellow at the Nano-Science Center at Univ. of Copenhagen, where I explored the decoherence due to the hyperfine interaction in double quantum dots in carbon nanotubes. Later, as a postdoc... I am physicist and an electronic engineer researching in theory and simulations. From 2009 to 2011 I joined the Niels Bohr International Academy as a postdoctoral fellow at the Nano-Science Center at Univ. of Copenhagen, where I explored the decoherence due to the hyperfine interaction in double quantum dots in carbon nanotubes. Later, as a postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Sydney, EQUS (ARC Centre of Excellence for Engineered Quantum Systems), and as a permanent researcher at the Laboratory of Photonics and Opto-electronics (LPO) at the Centro Atomico Bariloche, I continue working in opto & electronic devices, nanostructures, quantum transport, quantum dots, spin-orbital and Josephson effects, time-dependent phenomena, topological states of matter. I am also devoted to contributing to solve multi-disciplinary and applied challenges by using physics and engineering-inspired tools and methodologies.
