Si bien los aportes teóricos-prácticos aprendidos en las diferentes casas de estudio fueron importantes para mi formación, la pericia que puede desarrollar en los lugares de trabajo sin duda marcaron mi desarrollo profesional profundamente. He trabajado en investigación en diferentes áreas. Mi tesina "Estudio de métodos alternativos en el proceso de obtención de quimosina bovina a partir de semillas de cártamo transgénico" que fue realizada en Indear me llevo mas de 4 años, con lo cual conozco perfectamente los tiempos de investigación y todo lo que eso conlleva. Pude cultivar mi perseverancia y voluntad frente a condiciones adversas y mi entusiasmo en la investigación continua. Técnicas: ext de material genético, PCR, RT-PCR, real time PCR, digestiones enzimáticas, electroforesis agarosa y poliacrrilamida, genotipificación, ext de proteínas en dif tejidos, det contenido prot, activ enzimáticas, ppción diferencial prot, tinciones, WB, SIF, filtración al vacio, destilación, UF, expresión de prot en cultivo bacteriano, lisis celular, zimograma, purificación de prot, elisa, entre otras. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
