Como becaria doctoral investigo distintos factores que contribuyen a la patogenicidad del virus de Epstein Barr, en particular sus mutaciones a nivel genómico. Para este fin en el laboratorio aplicamos técnicas de biología molecular como PCR, qPCR, secuenciación de nueva generación (NGS), Secuenciación Sanger, inmunohistoquímica, hibridación in situ y western blot, entre otras. Esta investigación se realiza con el fin de poder en un futuro incluir a cada paciente en un grupo de riesgo adecuado y poder brindar un tratamiento más personalizado. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVALines of Investigation
