My main field of research is the biocatalysis. Specifically during my PhD I worked on the the synthesis of highly functionalized synthons by biosynthetic pathway engineering, which I afterwards purified and characterized. My method spectrum includes mass spectrometry, analytical and preparative HPLC, protein purification, protein and metabolic engineering and site-directed mutagenesis. *Information provided by the agent in SIGEVA
