Las áreas de aplicación abarcan: - Ecología del comportamiento: estudios a campo y ensayos de laboratorio sobre dispersión, cortejo y cópula. Utilización de molinos de vuelo, túnel de vuelo, captura y conservación de muestras. - Genética poblacional: extracción de ADN, amplificación de microsatélites mediante PCR, electroforesis.
